После того как я прочитал статью стало понятно насколько сложной и запутанной является эта ситуация. Кооператив Бест Вей оказался втянут в уголовное дело но по моему мнению во всей этой истории есть много недоразумений и ошибок со стороны правоохранительных органов. История с Фахруллиной например вызывает вопросы. Она заявляет что её отец открыл счета и вложил деньги в Гермес а она сама просто следила за процессом. И вот теперь она утверждает что потеряла деньги. Но почему она не обращалась в суд раньше? Почему она сразу не пошла с претензиями к консультантам которые по её словам занимались её счетами? Возможно кооператив Бест Вей не так виноват как пытаются показать на суде.
